Please note that by placing an order with Beauty & The Beadz you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
All beads are handmade and as a result the sizes/colours may vary slightly although any differences will be minor.
Once the beads are sent from Beauty & The Beadz, the buyer will be responsible for ensuring all beads are used responsibly as children may not be able to tell the difference between real sweets and polymer clay sweets.
If items are lost in the post, it is not Beauty & The Beadz responsibility to replace or refund.

How long till my item is shipped?
As all items are handmade to order we give a dispatch time of 5 -7 working days of cleared payment however we do endevour to have orders out within 3 days of cleared payment and will keep you informed if there are likely to be any delays. Please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for your item to arrive and longer at christmas time.
Do you ship to international destinations?
We will ship to most international destinations please contact us before placing an order for shipping costs.
Do you supply wholesale?
We do have wholesale prices for most of our beads already linked to the products however if you would like larger quantites please email us.
Do you take Credit Card Payment?
We dont as of yet take direct credit card payment however you can pay through paypal with a credit card without having to register with them.
Im not happy with my item can i return it?
Even though we take precautions to ensure our items do not arrive damaged sometimes it unfortunately does happen in this case please email us and let us know that you are returning the item for exchange or refund.
If you simply change your mind please return the item within 14 days in a resaleable condition and you will be given a refund.
